Mae Ploy Tom Yum Paste is a spicy blend of dried red chilies, tamarind juice, and fresh Thai spices. The paste has a characteristic spicy and sour flavor. Combine it with mushrooms and shrimp to make the delicious hot and sour Thai soup "Tom Yum Kung."

Store in a cool and dry place. After opening, refrigerate and use within three months.
Preparation instructionsTom Yum paste can be used directly as a seasoning for soups. Add 1-2 tablespoons of the paste to 500ml of boiling water, add meat, seafood, or vegetables as desired, and cook until everything is thoroughly cooked.
