Preparation Instructions
For a classic dashi broth, simply add 1 teaspoon (approx. 4g) of MARUTOMO Dashi Powder to 600 ml of boiling water. Stir briefly, and it's ready!
For Miso Soup: Use the prepared dashi broth as a base for your miso soup, then add miso paste and other ingredients.
For Noodle Soups or Stews: The dashi broth is a fantastic base for Udon, Soba, or Ramen soups. It also works wonderfully in stews or as a base for sauces.
