These terms and conditions govern participation in and use of the MAOMAO Plus membership, which is offered and automatically renewed by MAOMAO Technologies GmbH, Triftstr. 37-38, 13509 Berlin (hereinafter referred to as “MAOMAO”). MAOMAO Plus offers certain benefits and discounts defined in the MAOMAO online shop (hereinafter referred to as "membership" or "MAOMAO Plus"). Membership is subject to these MAOMAO Plus Membership Terms and Conditions ("MAOMAO Plus Terms") and MAOMAO's general terms and conditions ("GTC").

1. What is MAOMAO Plus?

MAOMAO Plus offers members special benefits, including discounts on non-discounted products and exclusive offers. MAOMAO Plus automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless the membership is cancelled beforehand.

• Benefits: MAOMAO Plus members receive an 8% discount on all non-discounted products and on all products not limited by MAOMAO, occasional exclusive offers, and occasional gifts with orders.
• Availability: The benefits of MAOMAO Plus membership are available in all countries where MAOMAO operates via mao-mao.de and enables orders.
• Cancellation: Monthly and annual memberships automatically renew but can be cancelled at any time in accordance with Section 4.

2. Costs and Payment

Membership can be purchased monthly or annually and is payable in advance for the chosen billing period.

• Payment: The membership fee is charged upon purchase of the membership and automatically debited upon renewal via the payment method stored in the user account.
• Automatic Renewal: MAOMAO Plus automatically renews at the end of each billing period, and the stored payment method will be charged accordingly. If you do not wish the membership to renew automatically, please cancel it in good time in accordance with Section 4.

3. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the MAOMAO Plus membership within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins upon conclusion of the contract.

• Right of Withdrawal Information: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement (e.g., via email to hello@mao-mao.de) within the withdrawal period. After withdrawal, you will receive a refund of all payments made, including delivery costs (if applicable), within 14 days.
• Cancellation: You can cancel the membership at any time before the end of the billing period. Cancellations can be made in the user account of the MAOMAO online shop under "Manage Membership". The membership will then expire at the end of the current billing period, and no pro-rata refund will be issued.

4. Changes to the Terms

MAOMAO reserves the right to change the terms of membership. You will be informed of significant changes at least four weeks before they come into effect and will have the opportunity to cancel your membership if you do not wish to agree to the changes.

5. Processing of Personal Data

MAOMAO uses your personal data in accordance with MAOMAO's privacy policy to provide you with membership and enable membership benefits. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.

6. Email Communication and Exclusive Offers

As part of MAOMAO Plus membership, members receive exclusive offers, discounts, and updates via email. These communications are an integral part of the membership and inform about relevant benefits and offers necessary for the full MAOMAO Plus user experience. By purchasing MAOMAO Plus membership, members agree to receive these emails.

If members wish to stop receiving these emails, they can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each email. Please note, however, that upon unsubscribing, some benefits and offers may no longer be fully available.

7. Withdrawal Form
