COCK curry pastes consist of a variety of spices and herbs, which makes every curry a unique, authentic taste experience. Due to its pasty consistency, the curry paste dissolves particularly well in liquids without clumping. Therefore, it is also suitable as a seasoning for soups and sauces, or even for a fiery pizza or pasta. The Panang curry paste has a chili content of 27 percent, giving it a medium spiciness. Compared to the other varieties, the green one with 33 percent chili content is the spiciest paste. With 28 percent chili content, the red curry paste offers a medium spiciness, similar to the Panang paste, and with 20 percent, the yellow curry paste is rather mild.
