Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, store in an airtight container.
Preparation Instructions
Prepare the chicken and let it soak in milk for 30 minutes. The milk makes the chicken juicier and more tender.
Mix 200g of breading mix with 340ml of cold water. Dip the chicken into the batter. Then roll it in the breading mix until fully coated.
Fry the breaded chicken at 170 °C for 10 to 11 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
