Preparation Instructions
Boil the bag: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Place a bag of sushi rice into the boiling water and let it cook for 10-12 minutes.
Drain: Carefully remove the bag from the water and drain it well. Cut open the bag and transfer the cooked rice to a bowl.
Season: Add sushi vinegar, sugar, and salt as desired to prepare the rice for sushi. Stir gently to avoid breaking the rice. The rice is now ready for making sushi or other dishes.
