Preparation Instructions
The red curry paste can be used directly as a seasoning. For a red curry, sauté 2-3 tablespoons of the paste in a little oil, add 400ml of coconut milk and bring to a boil. Add meat, seafood, or vegetables as desired and cook until everything is thoroughly cooked.
