The QIN ZONG Shaanxi Cold Noodles are a traditional dish from the Chinese province of Shaanxi. The wide, smooth noodles are served cold and combined with a spicy sesame sauce. Refreshing, aromatic and with the typical "chewy" bite – perfect for summer or as a special meal in between.
Preparation instructions
Soak the noodles in cold water for 10–15 minutes, then drain. Add the sauce, mix well, and enjoy.
