Cooking Instructions

Rinse 1 cup of long grain rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil, add the rice, reduce heat, cover the pot, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the water is absorbed. Remove the pot from the heat and let the rice rest, covered, for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
