Sempio Kalbi Jjim Sauce is a special sauce from Korea, specially developed for the traditional Korean dish Kalbi Jjim. Kalbi Jjim is a dish of beef ribs, vegetables and Korean spices that are steamed. The Sempio Kalbi Jjim Sauce has been developed to perfectly complement this dish and give it the authentic taste.
The sauce consists of a mixture of different spices such as soy sauce, garlic, ginger, pear juice and brown sugar, which create a unique, sweet taste. Sempio Kalbi Jjim Sauce can also be used on other dishes such as grilled dishes or as a dip to give them a Korean touch.
