Preparation Instructions
Rinse 1 cup of sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear, add the washed rice and 1.25 cups of water to a pot, bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover the pot and simmer the rice for 15-20 minutes until the water is absorbed; remove the pot from the heat and let the rice rest covered for 10 minutes, fluff with a fork and let it cool to room temperature before using for sushi.
