Preparation Instructions
Rinse 1 cup of sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Add the washed rice and 1.25 cups of water to a pot, bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover the pot, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the water is absorbed. Remove the pot from the heat and let the rice rest covered for 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork and let cool to room temperature before using for sushi.
