Preparation Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add the tapioca pearls and cook for 5-7 minutes until soft and translucent, drain the pearls and rinse under cold water, mix matcha powder with 200 ml hot water and stir well until the powder is completely dissolved, add the cooked tapioca pearls to a glass, add ice cubes, pour the prepared matcha over it, sweeten with milk or a sweetener to taste, stir well and enjoy immediately.
