Preparation Instructions

Rinse 1 cup of sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear, place the washed rice and 1.25 cups of water in a pot, bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover the pot and simmer the rice for 15-20 minutes until the water is absorbed; remove the pot from the heat and let the rice rest, covered, for 10 minutes, fluff with a fork and allow to cool to room temperature before using for sushi.
