Rezept für Bibimbap


Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 400g sushi rice
  • 8 shiitake mushrooms
  • 100 g minced beef or meat alternative
  • 4 handfuls of spinach leaves
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 handfuls of mung bean sprouts
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 avocado
  • 60g kimchi
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Some sesame oil for frying
  • 1 tsp chili oil
  • Some sesame
  • 1/4 nori sheet

STEP 1
Prepare rice according to package instructions

STEP 2
In the meantime, prepare the other ingredients: clean all the vegetables and, if necessary, wash and peel them

STEP 3
Cut the shiitake mushrooms into thin slices, cut the carrots and cucumber into thin strips, and cut the avocado into slices

STEP 4
For the sauce, mix 4 tablespoons of soy sauce and 4 tablespoons of gochujang with sugar

STEP 5
Blanch the spinach briefly in a pan and then set aside

STEP 6
Fry shiitake mushrooms in a little sesame oil, then set aside

STEP 7
Fry the minced beef vigorously in the same pan with sesame oil and then deglaze with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and then set aside

STEP 8
At the same time, fry 4 fried eggs on one side in another pan and drizzle with a little chili oil

STEP 9
Finally, divide the finished rice into 4 bowls and top each with ground beef, mushrooms, spinach, cucumber, carrot, mung bean sprouts, avocado and kimchi
