With Valcom's Pad Thai Paste you can now prepare Pad Thai, one of Thailand's most famous dishes, at home. Pad Thai for 4 people Prepare 250 g small rice noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and fry 300g prawns or chicken until just cooked. Add 1 jar of Valcom Pad Thai Paste and cook for a minute. Add the rice noodles (freshly rinsed) and stir until well combined. Push the mixture to one side of the pan, add 2 eggs, cook for 1 minute, then stir until well combined. Add 100 g bean sprouts and 1 cup thinly sliced spring onions and heat. Garnish with 1/2 cup ground roasted peanuts and serve.
