Preparation Instructions
LAO GAN MA crispy chili oil can be used directly as a seasoning or condiment. Add it to soups, sauces, stir-fries, or salads to add a spicy and crispy note. It is also excellent as a dip for snacks or as a topping for noodles, rice dishes, and dim sum. Stir well before use to evenly distribute the crispy pieces and the oil.
