Ingredients
For 4 pieces
- 4 rice paper sheets
- 2 tsp chili oil
- 4 eggs
- 4 spring onions
- 60g cheddar
- some Kewpie mayo
- some sriracha
step by step
STEP 1
Heat a pan the size of the rice papers to medium heat and place one rice paper in each and brush with chili oil
STEP 2
Crack one egg into each rice paper in the pan, stir and distribute
STEP 3
Grate some cheddar cheese over it and let it melt
STEP 4
Cut spring onion rings over it
STEP 5
When the cheese is melted, remove from the pan and top with Sriracha and Kewpie mayo
