Sempio Dakgalbi Sauce is a special sauce from Korea, specially developed for the popular dish Dakgalbi. Dakgalbi is a dish of diced chicken, vegetables and Korean chili paste (gochujang) fried in a pan. The Sempio Dakgalbi sauce has been developed to go perfectly with this dish and give it the authentic taste.
The sauce consists of a mixture of different spices such as soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and gochujang, which provide a unique, spicy taste. The sauce can also be used on other dishes such as noodle or rice dishes to give them a Korean touch.
