  • 3 baby bok choy
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 2 cm fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil for the filling
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • some white pepper
  • 25 pieces of dumpling dough
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil for frying

Blanch the pak choi briefly and then chop finely

STEP 2
Wrap the sliced ​​pak choy in a cotton towel and squeeze out water

STEP 3
Peel and finely dice the ginger and garlic

STEP 4
Mix the pak choi, minced meat, ginger and garlic well to create a uniform mixture for the filling

Season the filling with soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, salt and pepper

Take one piece of dumpling dough at a time, add about 1 teaspoon of filling and fold it together
