Rezept für Chili oil noodles
Ingredients
For 2 servings
- 200 g rice noodles
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp sesame
- 2 spring onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pinch of five spice powder
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp gochujang paste
- 1 tsp miso paste
- 1 splash of lime juice
step by step
STEP 1
Clean the spring onions and cut them into fine rings; Peel garlic
STEP 2
In a heatproof large bowl, add the chili flakes, sesame seeds, spring onions and five spice powder and press in the garlic
STEP 3
Heat sesame oil and then pour hot over the ingredients in the bowl
STEP 4
Add soy sauce, gochujang paste, miso paste and lime juice and stir in
STEP 5
Prepare rice noodles according to package instructions and add 2 tablespoons of cooking water to the prepared mixture in the bowl
STEP 6
Add the rice noodles to the bowl, mix with the sauce and enjoy
