Rezept für Sushi Bake


Ingredients

For 12 muffins

  • 170 g sushi rice
  • 1 tbsp sushi seasoning
  • 50g Kewpie Mayo
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 250g salmon
  • 1 splash of lime juice
  • a bit of salt
  • 6 nori sheets
  • 100g cheddar
  • 1 tsp Kewpie mayo
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1/2 avocado

step by step

STEP 1
Prepare sushi rice in a pot or rice cooker according to the package instructions; After cooking, mix with sushi seasoning and set aside

STEP 2
Dice the salmon and mix with a little salt, Kewpie mayo, cream cheese and lime juice

STEP 3
Then take a muffin tin, lay out half nori sheets like muffin cups, pour sushi rice into it and press it flat

STEP 4
Spread the salmon mixture and then the cheddar cheese over it and bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes

STEP 5
In the meantime, clean the spring onions and cut them into fine rings and finely dice the avocado and cucumber

STEP 6
After baking, spread some mayo and Sriracha on all of the Sushi Bake Muffins and sprinkle avocado and cucumber on top
