Rezept für Vietnamese Pho
Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 1.5 liter Pho soup base
- 150 g beef fillet
- 400 g thin rice noodles
- 4 sprigs of Thai basil
- 4 sprigs of coriander
- 6 spring onions
- 1 chili pepper
- 2 handfuls of mung bean sprouts
- 2 bok choy
- 1 lime
- Sriracha and hoisin sauce for serving

STEP 1
Prepare pho broth and set aside
STEP 2
Freeze the meat briefly and then cut it into very thin slices
STEP 3
Prepare rice noodles according to package instructions and set aside
STEP 4
Cut the spring onions into fine rings, cut the basil and pak choi into strips, remove the seeds from the chili and cut into rings, quarter the lime
STEP 5
Divide noodles, raw meat, boiling hot broth and other toppings into 4 bowls in this order
STEP 6
Add individually with lime juice, Sriracha and hoisin sauce
